Shipping Procedure
  • You can follow the shipping process in the “Your Orders” section in the “My Account” area. When you click on the description in the “Order Status” section, you can easily track where your cargo is.
  • The shipping fee for all your purchases over 250 TL from yontemproshop.com is paid by Method Pro Shop.
Return Conditions
  • You can return your cargo within 14 days and exchange it within 30 days from the date you receive it.
  • Send the product you want to exchange/return together with it (promotional / gift product, if any) and when you go to the cargo branch, be sure to request that it be put in a new cargo bag. Return of damaged, used or missing products (promotional / gift product, if any) and It is absolutely impossible to change it.
  • If there is any problem with the product when your order arrives, you must notify info@yontemproshop.com within the same day. Our customer representatives will respond to the issue as soon as possible.
  • For the return/exchange process, an “easy return” request must be created. If you share the “return shipping code” that will be specially produced for you with Sürat Cargo or MNG Cargo, you will be able to track your order and benefit from the free return service.
  • For orders placed by logging in, you can easily create a return request and track your return status in the “my orders” step of the “my account” page.
